Community pharmacy teams are invited to a webinar on how pharmacies can improve the health of their local population.
The Population Health Management Webinar is co-hosted by NHS England and NHS Improvement (NHSE&I), the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) and the Association of Pharmacy Technicians UK (APTUK). The webinar is part of the Inclusive Pharmacy Practice program, which celebrates its first anniversary this month.
The online event aims to improve understanding of population health management and health inequities, and to provide insight into the role of population health intelligence in informing the health management of population. The agenda includes insights from senior leaders at Day Lewis Pharmacy and Green Light Pharmacy, as well as highlighting the use of tools to help inform the management of local people’s health needs.
The webinar will take place on Thursday May 19*, 7-9 p.m.. Participants must register by Monday, May 16.

Webinar for Population Health Managers for System Pharmacy Professionals
A similar webinar is also being held for pharmacist colleagues from ICS, CCG and PCN, but is open to all pharmacy professionals interested in improving their understanding of population health management and health inequalities.
This webinar will take place on Tuesday, April 5, 3-5 p.m.and participants must register by Friday April 1st.
